1. Introduction
When applying for your visa, Admire International may provide the optional services described below. These services are offered only where permitted by the government or consulate of the destination country. Certain optional Value-Added Services (VAS) may not be available in all regions.
To provide these optional services—such as courier delivery of your documents—we temporarily store a small amount of personal contact information. This may include your full name, date of birth, email address, phone number(s), and delivery address.
Admire International retains this information for thirty (30) days after your documents or visa have been delivered or collected, solely so we can resolve any queries or service issues. After this period, the data is automatically deleted from our systems.
2. Short Messaging Services (SMS)
Where available, Admire International may provide SMS updates regarding your visa application status. These updates are based on information shared by the respective embassy or consulate.
SMS delivery depends on mobile network conditions and the applicant’s device availability. Admire International is not a mobile network operator and does not guarantee timely or successful SMS delivery.
By using the SMS service, applicants confirm:
- The mobile number provided is accurate.
- They own or are authorized to use the device receiving the messages.
Using another person’s mobile number or providing incorrect details may cause personal information to be disclosed. Such risks are the responsibility of the applicant.
SMS services (once purchased) will remain active from the time of application until processing is completed or for any duration stated on our local website. Admire International may withdraw this service at any time without prior notice.
Applicants must not use the SMS service to send spam, illegal, abusive, obscene, or harmful messages, or any content that infringes on third-party rights. Violation of these terms allows Admire International to suspend or terminate SMS access immediately.
Technical specifications and availability of the SMS service may change without notice. Any such changes automatically modify these terms.
Admire International is not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by mobile network failures, service interruptions, or force majeure events.
If SMS updates are not received, applicants should contact Admire International via email or through the helpline listed on our website.
Charges paid for optional SMS services are non-refundable under all circumstances.
Applicants are responsible for protecting their devices and preventing unauthorized access to the SMS service.
Admire International may temporarily suspend SMS services if necessary to maintain overall service quality.
Admire International is not responsible for any third-party content accessed through the SMS service.
These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which the service is provided, and disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of that country’s courts.
3. Interview Scheduling
Some embassies or consulates may require applicants to attend an in-person interview. To schedule an appointment, applicants may need to provide:
- Application reference number
- Full name
- Date of birth
- Phone number
- Address
- Email
- Passport details
- Application date
All information provided while booking an appointment is shared with the relevant diplomatic mission responsible for processing the application.
Visa application data collected by Admire International may be stored at our secure data centers, as detailed in our Privacy Notice.
Data for applicants from the European Union is stored within the EU. Data for applicants outside the EU may be stored in our secure facilities located in the United Kingdom or other permitted regions.
Such data is retained only for the purpose of fulfilling requirements of the diplomatic missions and is deleted within 30 days of being received by Admire International.
4. Third-Party Links
The Admire International website may display links to third-party websites promoting various products or services. These external links are paid advertisements and are not reviewed, verified, or endorsed by Admire International.
Using these links is voluntary and at your own risk. Admire International and its employees are not liable for any information, services, losses, or damages connected to third-party websites.
5. Spam Policy
Admire International does not tolerate spam.
Our website and communication tools must not be used to send spam or any content that violates our Terms of Use.
Messages are automatically scanned for viruses or prohibited content.
We do not permanently store emails, nor do we sell or rent email addresses to third parties.

Unauthorized access, hacking, modifying, or misuse of the Admire International website is strictly prohibited.
6. Fraudulent Activities & Fake Job Offers
Admire International is aware that scammers may impersonate our staff to offer fake job opportunities or request payments or personal information.
Important reminders:
- Admire International is not a recruitment agency and does not offer employment or work visas in exchange for money.
- We will never request payment for job offers or interviews.
- Scammers may use fake email addresses, urgent requests, or forged documents.
Common fraud indicators include:
- Emails from non-official domains (e.g., Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo).
- Requests for confidential information.
- Interviews over unofficial messaging apps.
- Requests for payment for visas, permits, or employment forms.
- Suspicious urgency or pressure tactics.

7. Other Fraudulent Activities
Scammers may also approach individuals outside visa centers pretending to be employees and demanding payment.
Admire International will never ask for cash payments at building entrances or outside our offices. Legitimate payments are made online or inside official offices only.
Report such incidents immediately to our Anti-Fraud Team:

Admire International may report fraudulent activity to local law enforcement.
We are not responsible for losses resulting from interactions with unauthorized individuals.
8. Changes to These Terms
