At Admire International, we aim to provide high-quality travel, visa guidance, and documentation support. Because our services involve guidance, document handling, and professional expertise, our refund terms differ from product-based businesses. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before making any payment.
1. General Policy – No Refund After Service Initiation
Once Admire International begins working on your case—this includes consultation, document review, profile assessment, application preparation, or submission—all fees become non-refundable, regardless of the final outcome of your visa or travel application.
This is because our fees are charged for the time, expertise, and resources dedicated to your file, not for any guaranteed visa approval.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be provided only in the following cases:
2.1 Duplication of Payment
If you accidentally make a duplicate payment for the same service, we will refund the extra amount after verifying the transaction.
2.2 Services Not Provided
If you paid for a service but Admire International has not yet started working on your file, you may request a refund. In such cases, an administrative deduction of 20–30% may apply to cover processing charges.
2.3 Transaction Errors
If a payment fails or an incorrect deduction occurs due to banking issues, the refund will be processed once the bank confirms the error.
3. Non-Refundable Fees
The following charges cannot be refunded under any circumstances:
- Visa application fees charged by embassies or visa centers
- Service fees after work has started
- Courier, translation, notarization, and document-related costs
- Fees paid to third-party organizations
- Charges for missed appointments, rescheduling, or refusal cases
- Consultancy fees for profile assessment or counseling sessions
4. No Refund for Visa Refusal
Admire International has no control over the decision-making of embassies, consulates, or immigration authorities. Therefore:
- No refund will be issued if your visa is refused, delayed, or rejected for any reason.
- No refund will be issued if you fail to provide required documents on time.
Visa outcomes depend solely on the assessment of the respective government authority.
5. Processing Time for Approved Refunds
If your refund request is approved:
- Refunds are processed within 7–14 working days
- Payments will be returned using the same payment method used originally
- Admire International is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways

- Service Purchased
- Payment Receipt / Screenshot
- Reason for Refund Request
Refund requests without proof of payment may not be accepted.
